Strong experience troubleshooting mobile SDK integrations and technical issues

Own complex SDK, monetization, mediation, and integration investigations
Communicate directly with retention partners through Intercom and Jira
Implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency
Build scalable support processes and escalation standards
