Join a small engineering team as a Support Engineer focused on backend production support. You'll resolve incidents and work directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.

Remote, based in LATAM
$60,000–$80,000 USD base salary
4–6 years of production experience
Skills: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, SQL, AWS

The work

Triage and resolve production incidents and customer escalations
Debug backend issues in Python/Django and modify DB state safely
Write and run Python scripts and SQL for remediation
Communicate status clearly to customers and internal stakeholders during incidents
