6+ years of facility management experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required

The work

Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities and delegate maintenance orders
Inspect and perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment
Train and coach direct reports to promote a skilled facilities team
Monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
