The work

Build and maintain training for four primary personas: Sales, Servicing, Onboarding, and Underwriting
Develop multi-modal content including e-learning modules and job aids
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions across various teams
Track content development milestones and define learning objectives tied to measurable KPIs
