Job description

Join Antora Energy as a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to enhance our hiring processes. You'll coordinate interviews and improve recruitment documentation while working closely with the People Operations team.

$40/hr - $48/hr, hourly pay
3+ years of recruitment coordination or operations experience
Experience with Greenhouse ATS required

The work

Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
Configure and maintain Greenhouse ATS for recruiting processes
Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting coordination
Partner with People Operations to enhance onboarding and offboarding processes
