The work
- Lead and grow the electrical engineering team, providing technical direction and coaching
- Define and drive the electrical architecture for thermal battery modules and plant-level systems
- Lead development of high-power electrical heating and power systems from concept to deployment
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and maintain high safety and reliability standards
