  • $131,000 – $151,000 USD plus 8.5% annual short-term incentive and equity participation
  • 5+ years of experience in usability engineering for medical devices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or related field required

The work

  • Lead usability engineering activities and develop processes and strategies
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
  • Design and execute formal usability testing protocols ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform risk assessments related to human factors and usability
