$120,000 – $135,000 base salary plus 8.5% annual short-term incentive and equity participation
5+ years of experience in Process Development and Validation within the medical device industry

The work

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for medical devices
Lead process characterization activities and transition processes to commercialization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
