$145,000 – $165,000 plus 10% annual short-term incentive and equity participation
15+ years of experience in medical device design and development
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, ideally Mechanical or Biomedical

The work

Own technical decision-making for catheter architecture and materials
Develop and execute design verification and validation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
Evaluate design risks using tools such as FMEA and tolerance analysis
