$24 - $30 per hour, plus 5% annual short-term incentive and equity participation
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in medical devices

The work

Perform assembly, processing, and packaging of medical devices
Follow FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards
Conduct in-process inspections and document findings
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
