1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience
B.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field

The work

Manage daily lab operations and maintain lab safety
Prepare media, buffers, and validate competent yeast and E. coli cells
Execute molecular biology tasks including PCR and DNA assembly
Document all work accurately in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN)
