Job description
Join AE Studio as the first in-house lawyer to support our growing legal needs in AI and technology. You'll work on commercial transactions, research grants, and partnerships while shaping our legal strategies.
Details
- Los Angeles preferred, remote considered
- $225,000 - $300,000 base salary plus variable compensation and equity
- JD from an accredited law school, active California bar membership required
- Experience in commercial transactions and technology/AI work
The work
- Shape deal terms for outcome-based and productized work
- Assist in securing and managing major research grants
- Develop partnerships with government agencies and research labs
- Handle NDAs, vendor agreements, and corporate governance
