Job description

As a Behavioural Health Coach, you will support users in mental health programs by providing guidance and encouragement. This part-time role involves engaging with users to enhance their wellbeing through online resources.

Details

Dublin, Ireland, part-time (20 hours per week)
€16.00 - €18.00 per hour
Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Care, Psychotherapy or Counselling preferred
Experience with cognitive behavioural models or motivational interviewing is desirable

The work

Support users in engaging with mental health programs for anxiety, depression, and stress
Provide weekly written reviews to guide users through their progress
Monitor user content for potential concerns and escalate as needed
Collaborate with the clinical supervisor team to promote user safety and engagement
