You will shape and implement Valon's SaaS servicing platform for enterprise clients. This role combines project management and strategic collaboration in the mortgage servicing industry.

Details

Remote work
10+ years of mortgage servicing experience
Experience with Foreclosure & Bankruptcy preferred
Travel as needed (approx. 25–50%)

The work

Act as a mortgage servicing subject matter expert to shape business requirements
Engage with clients from sales demos to product support
Educate clients on using Valon’s system
Collaborate with tech teams to translate feedback into feature requests
