Job description

Join Tiger Data as a Database Support Engineer, providing technical support to customers in the EMEA region. You'll work remotely, helping users with TimescaleDB and relational databases.

Details

Remote, open to candidates in the EMEA region
Permanent weekday role, 5-day, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
On-call rotation approximately every 5 weeks
Experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL is a strong plus

The work

Provide technical support on TimescaleDB and relational databases
Manage support cases from beginning to end
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Continuously seek ways to improve products and processes
