Job description

Join a remote team as a Database Support Engineer, where you'll assist customers with database and platform issues. You'll work with PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, and modern platform engineering to solve technical challenges.

Details

  • Remote position, full-time
  • 5-day work week, 5AM - 2PM IST
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB required
  • Skills in Python, SQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Go, Azure preferred

The work

  • Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues
  • Troubleshoot and optimise PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB performance issues
  • Investigate issues across the full stack from application layer to database internals
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their use cases and optimise their implementations
