Job description

Join a remote team as a Database Support Engineer, where you'll assist customers with database and platform issues. You'll work with PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, and modern platform engineering to solve technical challenges.

Details

Remote position, full-time
5-day work week, 5AM - 2PM IST
Experience with PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB required
Skills in Python, SQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Go, Azure preferred

The work

Provide technical support to customers experiencing database and platform issues
Troubleshoot and optimise PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB performance issues
Investigate issues across the full stack from application layer to database internals
Collaborate with customers to understand their use cases and optimise their implementations
