Join Tessera Labs as a Research Scientist to explore reliable long-horizon agents in enterprise settings. You'll develop methods and evaluate performance while collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.

Details

San Jose Office (HQ), not remote
MS or PhD in CS, ML, statistics, math, physics, or related field preferred
Experience in ML research with publications at top-tier venues

The work

Set and pursue a research agenda on agent behavior in enterprise environments
Invent and validate methods for post-training agents and reward design
Define memory architecture for long-duration agent runs
Develop evaluation methodologies to predict customer-observed correctness
