Join Tides as a Senior Counsel to provide legal advice on employment and labor matters in a remote setting. You will support the organization in navigating complex legal issues and compliance requirements.

Details

Remote work
8-10 years of relevant legal experience
Juris Doctor and active California law license or eligibility for registered in-house counsel admission required

The work

Serve as a trusted legal advisor to Tides staff and leadership
Advise on nonprofit and corporate matters, including policies and procedures
Conduct and advise on workplace investigations and sensitive personnel issues
Handle corporate litigation and disputes, including employee-related legal disputes
