Job description

You will ensure customers maximize their use of TENEX's cybersecurity platform while driving satisfaction and retention. This role offers the flexibility of remote work or relocation to Kansas City or Sarasota.

Details

Remote work available, with relocation options to Kansas City or Sarasota
3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related role
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or related field

The work

Act as a trusted advisor to customers on TENEX’s MDR platform
Own customer relationships post-sale, driving engagement and retention
Develop and execute customer success plans for onboarding and adoption
Conduct regular business reviews to assess security posture and align on goals
