You will manage regulatory and compliance obligations for a venture studio and fund manager. This role involves hands-on execution and collaboration with various teams to ensure timely filings and adherence to policies.

Doha, Qatar, full-time with some remote allowances
Circa US$50,000 per annum
4–6 years in compliance or regulatory reporting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics preferred

The work

Own the platform's regulatory filing calendar and ensure timely submissions
Run day-to-day compliance monitoring and act as the internal contact for outsourced compliance functions
Draft and manage standard-form agreements and maintain the contract register
Keep the platform's policies and corporate records organized and up to date
