3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce or social commerce
2-3 years in the beauty industry
At least 1 year managing TikTok Shop end-to-end

The work

Lead full-funnel TikTok Shop growth strategies
Build and operationalize affiliate/creator programs
Serve as the internal glue, coordinating between client and brand
Mentor junior team members and build scalable playbooks
