Job description

You will lead client strategies and manage a team to drive growth for TikTok Shop clients. This remote role offers the chance to shape social commerce initiatives for major brands.

Remote (US) or hybrid in New York City
3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce or social commerce
Must have at least one year of experience managing TikTok Shop

The work

Lead full-funnel TikTok Shop growth strategies
Build and operationalize affiliate/creator programs
Serve as the internal glue, coordinating between client and brand
Mentor junior team members and build scalable playbooks
