Remote (Japan)
Up to ¥12m, dependent on experience
Experience in delivering complex software projects
Native-level fluency in Japanese, advanced business-level English required

The work

Own the end-to-end project delivery for Japanese customers
Define and communicate project milestones and maintain delivery plans
Track progress, identify issues, and design solutions
Drive customer success and act as an escalation point for service issues
