You will support customers in maximizing the value of SewerAI's platforms while providing technical guidance. This remote role involves customer advocacy, operational support, and collaboration with various teams.

Remote work
Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000, Up to $120,000 OTE
Background in sewer/wastewater inspection industry required
Strong understanding of GIS

The work

Serve as the primary operational and technical contact for customer inquiries
Provide workflow and best-practice guidance to improve platform usage
Travel on-site to train inspection crews on SewerAI software
Assist with ProServe projects and contribute to process improvements
