Job description

You will develop and manage the onboarding and training programs for sales representatives at SewerAI. This role involves creating sales content and coaching to enhance team performance in a hybrid work environment.

Details

Hybrid work environment, preferably Walnut Creek / Bay Area based
$150,000 OTE, Base Salary $135,000
3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying sales role

The work

Build and run the onboarding and ramp program for new SDRs and Account Executives
Create and maintain sales content such as battle cards and demo guides
Partner with GTM leadership for coaching and skills development
Manage the enablement tech stack and reporting metrics
