2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups
Advanced English skills required
Experience sourcing candidates in the $80K–$200K salary range

The work

Source candidates for designated clients from day one
Conduct shadow interviews and recruiter screenings
Manage routine account operations and client relationships
Participate in talent operations and maintain candidate records
