Join a fully remote team as a Product Manager to oversee the core agent platform for consumer brands. You'll drive product decisions and enhance agent performance through testing and customer engagement.

Details

Remote work
3+ years of experience in PM for CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation
Strong technical fluency with webhooks, OAuth, and integrations

Own the core agent platform and its roadmap
Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring systems for agent performance
Design and run structured experiments and A/B tests
Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve the product
