Join a fully remote team as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on the technical aspects of customer interactions. You'll manage demos, integrations, and workflows for a variety of consumer brands.

Remote work
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Solutions or Sales Engineering
Hands-on with APIs and webhooks
Familiarity with ecommerce CX stack like Shopify and helpdesks

The work

Build and maintain the demo environment for the GTM team
Run demos using real prospect data across various agents
Lead technical discovery and propose solutions during pre-sales
Scope integrations and work with deployment managers in existing accounts
