You will manage and scale Facebook user acquisition for a D2C subscription product. This role involves strategic decision-making to optimize ad performance across multiple countries and languages.

Remote, within ± 4 hours of CET
2+ years of experience with Facebook as the primary channel
$400K+/month budget ownership
Working proficiency in English (B2+)

The work

Own the Facebook account structure, budgets, and bidding
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining CPA
Run continuous testing on creatives and bidding strategies
Make data-driven decisions based on real cohort revenue
