Job description

You will lead user acquisition strategies for a D2C subscription product while managing a team. This remote role requires a strong background in performance marketing and team leadership.

Details

  • Remote, within ± 4 hours of CET
  • 5+ years in performance marketing
  • Experience managing a UA team of 3–5 professionals
  • Skills: SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau

The work

  • Define and own the overall user acquisition strategy across multiple platforms
  • Manage and mentor a team of user acquisition managers
  • Own budget management ensuring efficient customer acquisition cost
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to align user acquisition strategy with business goals
