Job description

You will design and implement robotic solutions for real-world applications at Rhoda AI. This role involves hands-on prototyping and collaboration across teams to ensure successful robot deployments.

Details

Mountain View, work from office
3–6 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field
Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, OnShape, or equivalent)

The work

Execute customer projects end-to-end, serving as the primary technical point of contact
Design mechanical solutions including grippers and work-cells; prototype and validate concepts
Drive AI model post-training and deployment on robot hardware
Continuously improve by identifying failure patterns and contributing to shared documentation
