Job description

You will lead the Revenue Operations team to build and enforce the operating model for Safe's go-to-market organization. This role involves defining processes and standards to ensure smooth revenue operations across various sales motions.

The work

  • Write and enforce the Rules of Engagement for the revenue organization
  • Define territory and account ownership, including lead routing standards
  • Build and lead the Sales Enablement team to close ramp gaps
  • Present pipeline health and forecast accuracy to the board
