$105K - $125K with bonus
5–8 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design

The work

Own and improve the enterprise onboarding strategy and new employee experience
Design and manage learning experiences and content across various formats
Lead onboarding projects from concept through implementation
Build and maintain the hiring manager onboarding toolkit
