7+ years of experience in workforce planning and HR analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields

Facilitate workforce planning cycles and translate business objectives into workforce plans
Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models and headcount plans
Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align recruiting strategies with workforce plans
