You will actively source candidates for key roles at Retell AI, using various tools and methods to build a strong pipeline. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting and meeting weekly goals.

Remote, must work Pacific Time hours
Full-time, 1099 contractor position
Compensation ranges from approximately $2,150–$4,250 USD per month
2+ years of high-volume outbound sourcing or recruiting experience

Build outbound pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles
Generate qualified candidates for recruiters and hiring managers
Create targeted searches and personalized outreach campaigns
Track outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline health
