Job description

Join Retell AI as a Senior Contract Recruiter to manage a high volume recruiting pipeline. You'll work closely with hiring managers to streamline the candidate experience.

Details

  • San Francisco Bay Area, onsite or remote (Pacific Time hours required)
  • Full-time, 1099 contractor position
  • Compensation ranges from approximately $4,300–$8,500 USD per month
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment

The work

  • Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate intro calls each week
  • Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep stages, notes, and follow-ups organized
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on expectations
