Join Quantum as an HR Business Partner to support the Tech team in London. You'll handle employee relations and develop a strong team culture in a hybrid work environment.

London, hybrid working (3 days in office)
Competitive base salary
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in engineering or data teams
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience

The work

Partner with the CTO and Tech leadership on people matters
Handle employee relations and performance cases end to end
Build and run a culture and development plan for Tech
Onboard and support new Tech Directors on people-related aspects
