$54,000—$85,000 USD salary range based on level
2+ years of customer support or call center experience
2+ years of broker-dealer operations or clearing firm experience

Utilize systems to resolve complex customer inquiries related to account management
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to address issues
Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with advisors
Develop expertise in Altruist’s product offerings and operational workflows
