Job description

You will lead complex client implementations of a conversational AI platform for financial institutions. This role requires strong project management and technical skills to ensure successful deployments.

Details

US Remote
PMP certification and/or MBA preferred
Experience with financial institutions preferred
Strong technical aptitude with APIs and system configurations

The work

Lead end-to-end client implementations, defining strategy and execution
Anticipate risks and drive mitigation plans
Ensure alignment across client and internal stakeholders
Mentor and support other Implementation Managers
