4+ years of experience in implementation or client-facing operations
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed required

The work

Own the delivery of client implementations from post-sale through launch
Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations
Lead cross-functional implementation efforts across various teams
Run structured discovery before kickoff and tailor the plan to the firm's operations
