You will lead the onboarding process for large financial firms, ensuring a smooth transition to Altruist's platform. This role requires deep knowledge of financial services and strong project management skills.

7+ years of experience in implementation or onboarding within financial services
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required

The work

Own end-to-end onboarding for complex Enterprise engagements
Define and enforce the Enterprise onboarding standard
Synthesize feedback across engagements for process improvements
Report on Enterprise volume, pacing, risk, and capacity
