8+ years of experience required
U.S. citizenship required, ability to obtain DoD security clearance

The work

Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on business decisions and organizational priorities
Lead preparation for board meetings and executive communications
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from definition through execution
Design and run the company's operating cadence including leadership syncs and strategic planning cycles
