You will coordinate the Autonomy team’s daily activities and manage requirements for complex systems. This role involves translating technical needs into clear engineering tasks while ensuring timely delivery.

Details

Austin, TX (Hybrid on-site, up to 10% travel)
8+ years of experience in technical program/project management
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
High fluency in Jira

The work

Lead requirement intake and refinement sessions for autonomy capabilities
Maintain requirement traceability from initiative to acceptance criteria
Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve issues before they become blockers
Run all Autonomy team sprint ceremonies including planning and reviews
