You will lead the accounting and financial operations at NODA, ensuring compliance and scalability as the company grows. This role involves building systems from scratch to support government contracting requirements.

Austin, TX (Hybrid on-site)
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Active CPA license required
U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR regulations

The work

Own day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and month-end close
Establish a DCAA-compliant accounting system and ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS
Produce timely financial statements for management and board reporting
Select and implement accounting systems to support company growth
