Upper East Side, NY and Brooklyn clinics, in-person work
$170,000 - $200,000 salary based on experience
2+ years of experience with serious mental illness (SMI) required
Active New York State NP license and prescriptive authority

The work

Provide behavioral healthcare management and monitor patient care
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for patients
Develop individualized treatment plans addressing psychosocial needs
Collaborate with patient care teams for integrated care delivery
