5+ years of privacy, data protection, or product counseling experience
J.D. and active U.S. bar membership (California preferred)

The work

Advise on data collection, retention, consent, and privacy-by-design
Own the privacy and data protection program, including policies and compliance
Build templates, playbooks, and self-service tools for scaling
Negotiate DPAs and data licensing deals
