Job description

You will manage relationships with fire authorities and disaster management agencies in Texas. This role focuses on outreach, onboarding, and ensuring effective use of Pano AI's platform.

Details

Remote position, must reside in Texas
2+ years of experience in Wildfire, Forestry, and Disaster Management roles
2+ years of experience in training and development, sales/marketing, customer success/support, operations, or project management
Ability to travel up to approximately 20% of the time

The work

Build and maintain relationships with fire departments and emergency management offices
Lead onboarding and training for end-users to integrate Pano alerts into their workflows
Drive engagement by connecting with agencies and ensuring alerts are operationalized
Represent Pano in the field through meetings, events, and presentations
