New York City, hybrid work model with 4–5 days in office
$270,000 to $410,000 per year
4 to 6 years of investment funds regulatory experience required
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent; admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

The work

Leverage AI agents for regulatory filings and disclosures
Review marketing materials against the Marketing Rule using AI tools
Partner with private fund formation and tax teams on fund launches
Represent advisers during SEC examinations and inquiries
