$270,000 to $410,000 per year
3-6 years of experience in private equity transactions
Juris Doctor (JD); active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Leverage AI agents for document drafting and review
Conduct rapid document reviews for due diligence using AI tools
Integrate AI agents into deal execution workflows
Partner with clients to demonstrate AI-assisted workflows
